• Relentless riffage from traditional and extreme metal realms: Speed, thrash, doom, death, power, black, black/thrash, trad, epic doom, hard rock
• The best Aussie heavy metal is favoured first and foremost, the latest hellfire from the international underground and whatever is evil or epic or both
• Cult classics, crusty deep cuts, and the occasional interview to feature something I really like.
I’m not a metal scholar. Just a fan who believes what musicians put into their music deserves serious time and attention. Politics and controversy don’t factor here. Genre tourists get the boot.
