Basswize with Crucial D airs fortnightly in rotation with 'Good Times' presented by DJ Big B.

BASSWIZE documents the diverse nature of modern electronic styles  which are derivatives of black music. Tracing a direct line from the drum & bass of 70’s Jamaican Reggae to today’s many bass-heavy genres, This show gives a nod to the pioneering producers of the past while maintaining awareness of contemporary sounds.

Crucial D will be dropping many forms of Reggae (Rock Steady, Roots, Dancehall, Dub etc) as well as electronic bass-influenced excursions into funk, afrobeats, latin and soul as per the current super-hybridisation of black electronic music.
